Here, you won’t just learn choreography and go home. You’ll have the option to express and connect with other woman, learn tools to grow your confidence, dating tips and of course dance the night away!

What to expect

    If 'regular' means, come in, learn a dance and go home. Then no. Think of this class as a networking therapy session with choreography included. This program is built to help you discover your true potential in Life. (Motherhood, relationships, how you carry yourself, and in the dance world)

  • Do I have to wear heels?

    No, heels are recommended but optional!
